Motorola unveiled a new budget smartphone in India today. The company today unveiled the Moto E40 smartphone in India today. It is part of the E company Smartphones featuring the Moto E7 Power and Moto E6s among others. It comes with a dual-SIM design and octa-core processor and triple rear camera setting. In India, the E40 is competing with the likes of Realme C21Y, Samsung Galaxy M12, and Infinix Hot 11 among others.

Details of Moto E40
When it comes to specifications, the newly launched Car E40 features a 6.5-inch Max Vision HD + 20: 9 and 90Hz screen refresh rate. It features a punch-hole display placed in the center of the screen with bezels on the lower side, a thick chin and an IP52 water-cooled sticker.
When it comes to performance, the newly launched Moto E40 smartphone is powered by a UNISOC T700 octa-core processor integrated with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage space that can be expanded up to 1TB using a MicroSD card. The newly launched Moto E40 smartphone runs on stock nearby Android 11 OS.
As for the cameras, the Moto E40 comes with a triple rear camera setting that includes a 48MP main sensor with quad pixel technology, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP viewing camera. The rear camera setup includes a variety of support options including Portrait mode, Panorama, Face Beauty, HDR Night Vision, Macro Vision, and Pro Mode. Previously, the recently launched Car E40 has an 8MP selfie camera.
Lastly, the battery. The Car E40 comes with a 5,000 mAh battery, a company that claims to stream music for 76 hours, video 14 hours or support website browsing for 10 hours with a single charge. Additionally, the newly launched smartphone features a dedicated Google Assistant key and a fingerprint sensor installed in the background.
Motorola has released its latest budget, the Moto E40, in India. The USP of the device has its 90Hz display, 5,000 mA battery and triple camera setting at a price of less than ₹ 10,000. The E40 is presented with a unique 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage.
The Motorola Moto E40 uses an octa-core UNISOC T700 processor clocked at 1.8GHz. Graphics functions are controlled by the Arm Mali G52 GPU. Using Android 11 out of the box, Motorola claims to offer a near-stock experience. The device gets 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which can be added to 1TB with a MicroSD card.
The display on the Car E40 is a 90Hz HD + 6.5-inch high resolution screen with a resolution of 1600×720 pixels with a 20: 9 aspect ratio. The smartphone has a water-repellent design and is rated with IP52.
The E40 car pulls a 5,000mAh battery juice, a company that claims to be ready for 76 hours of music streaming, 14 hours of video streaming, up to 10 hours of website browsing.
On the front of the camera, the Motorola Moto E40 gets a triple camera setting on the back. The main sensor is a 48MP shooter with f / 1.79 technology and Quad Pixel technology that binds four pixels together to achieve a 12MP resolution. The other two cameras are a 2MP macro sensor depth sensor. The selfie camera is an 8MP unit mounted in the hole cut in front.
The rear camera includes Portrait Mode, Panorama, Face Beauty, HDR, Night Vision, Macro Vision, Pro Mode, High-Res Zoom 7, Google Lens Integration 8 , and Snap on video recording. Currently, the selfie camera gets Portrait, Face Beauty, Pro Mode, HDR and Snap in video recording.
The sensors in the Car E40 include a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, as well as a Proximity Sensor, Ambient Light Sensor and Accelerometer. It also has a dedicated Google Assistant key on the right side, similar to the one seen on the Moto G30.
Moto E40 will be available in Carbon Gray and Pink Clay color options.
Price of Moto E40 and availability
The Motorola Moto E40 is sold for ₹ 9,499 and will only be sold on Flipkart. The device will be available from 12AM on October 17. This price is after the special offer of ₹ 1,500.
Consumers can get 10 percent up to ₹ 1,250 using credit cards or Kotak Bank cards. Using Flipkart Axis Bank credit cards can be deducted up to 5%. Flipkart also offers a quick ₹ 500 discount on the first Pay Later order.
